If Image Optimizer is installed as below it will load in preference to JPEG optimizer when you use Edit+Image Optimizer. If you have installed both JPEG Optimizer and Image Optimizer but wish to use JPEG Optimizer just rename the Image Optimizer folder (see below). After you use Edit+Image Optimizer, Plexel will automatically select the Display folder so operation is relative to the page you are looking at. Plexel expects the program to be here after you have downloaded and installed. C:\Program Files\xat.com Image Optimizer\Optimizer.exe Use the Edit menu + Image Optimiser to run it. But if you want to run JPEG Optimizer make sure C:\Program Files\xat.com Image Optimizer\Optimizer.exe is not there or renamed, or it will use that first.
