LIMITED HELP IN PLEXEL ---------------------- By the way there is some help in Plexel in the blue links that appear in places on some of the forms. For example on the Utility form if you click the blue links 'No content', 'Problems', 'Template', etc it takes you to a help or description page. Not all blue links are help though, some are actions, so it can be a matter of trial and error. The New form has help for several items but they are not much use to you. The Edit form has a help link at the top left called 'Edit Form Help' but I just started with it and there is nothing really there yet. Store form has no help. Paste form has none. Likewise none of the popup forms have any. ----------another---------- > Another quick question (I do apologise): Plexel you said is a website editor, only I noticed that without any HTML code, font size, colour and face is automatic after ?pasting-in? the given text. I have been reading about cascading style sheets, is this something that you have used/using in Plexel, or indeed what Plexel is in part? ? Still trying to make sense of it all at the moment! It is not your normal editor that's for sure. You can still change the font etc with the <FONT> tag even though Plexel assumes a default for you. Cascading style sheets were a more recent development, they didn't used to work reliably across browsers although it probably doesn't matter now everyone uses Internet Explorer. I didn't bother with them because I didn't really need to although they probably would make things better. No time and I have a list of things to do. I was quite happy with the basic Plexel page so I left it. Plexel is written in javascript and gives us total control over the programming unlike an editor like Frontpage which microsoft don't let you add to the program. This single advantage makes a massive difference. I am continually modifying and improving Plexel.
